Born in The Netherlands, Ian worked at Sr. Director level with P&L responsibility at large multinationals in Europe and China, before going on to co-found 4 startups (incl. 2 exits). Ian currently works as an executive coach and he divides his time between the UK and China.

In exceptional cases I have also taken assignments as an interim executive to assist founders with  turn-around projects (related to marketing, dev, finance and investment preparation)."
